Bike riding/cycling is a lifesport where age does not define when you learn the sport, but the trails/paths you ride may be determined by your riding skills and your desire to explore new adventures. Finding an activity that supports the FUN in FITNESS such as riding a bike also encourages practising movement skils and developing the 4 main Fitness Components (cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength/power, flexibility). Safely enjoy the many paths and trails in your neighbourhood, explore Birds Hill Park and the many trails throughout the parks, (adult support and supervision is required).
